Timo and I worked together on the same project at JAKALA Germany for just over a year. I was in the role Director Digital Product Lead and Timothy as the Native Apps Project Lead, where he reported to me.
Timo is first and foremost a very organised, detail oriented person who brought a very high standard of organisation to a product that had long needed a reworking of its development and documentation processes.
He was consistently one of the voices in meetings asking important questions that would often be relevant for the entire project and not just his team. On many occasions he identified issues going under the radar that required a great deal of attention and effort. Through this alone, he helped to save our clients a great deal of extra difficulty and cost.
Timo is a good communicator and advocate for his team. Through his leadership, his team found a balance that was hard to maintain at the best of times with the native apps undergoing such large changes.
Having spoken with Timo weekly or more during our work, I found him to be patient and clear minded through times of stress. I could always count on him to find a way through.
I very much recommend Timo for any team or position he might apply for and would enjoy working with him again.

Timo was our external Product Owner for nearly two years and in that time I had the opportunity to observe and work closely with him. For the last ~8 months he also took on the Scrum Master responsibilities as well.
One thing you notice quickly about Timo is that he is very well organised, flexible and a talented communicator. Part of his responsibilities was to elicit feedback from our customers and other members of our Garantiemax team. I was always pleased with how effectively and professionally he ran meetings and that anyone could come to him with requests that he would take on earnestly and come back with impressive results.
He made many extra efforts like creating visual user flows to make certain everyone knew what was happening with our platform and what was planned. I was also particularly impressed that we didn’t need to ask him to take on the scrum master responsibilities when we were between scrum masters. He simply saw the need and acted. 🙏🙂
